CHICAGO (STMW) — Two men were shot Thursday afternoon in the West Side Austin neighborhood.
Officers responding to a call of shots fired at 2:50 p.m. in the 5400 block of West Madison Street found a 36-year-old man on the ground with a gunshot wound to the back, according to Chicago Police.READ MORE: Chicago Weather: Scattered Showers, Storms Thursday
A 41-year-old man shot in the arm was also at the scene and told investigators he had been on the other side of the street when he heard shots and felt pain, police said.
