White Sox Reinstate Closer David Robertson From Bereavement List

(CBS) The Chicago White Sox have reinstated closer David Robertson from the bereavement list ahead of Sunday's game with the Baltimore Orioles.

Right-handed pitcher Tommy Khahnle was optioned to Triple-A Charlotte.

Robertson, 31, was placed on the list ahead of last Thursday's game. He's tied for the American League lead with eight saves in nine opportunities and has a 0.89 ERA with 13 strikeouts.
