CHICAGO — Keeping your kid’s lunchbox appetizing–and healthy–can be a struggle. But as back-to-school season crashes into your life, here are some tips for preparing healthy lunches.

CBS2’s Erin Kennedy reports, nutritionists are releasing lists of the worst things to pack in your child’s lunch.

These are a few foods that include high levels of added sodium, sugar and artifically-sweetened drinks:

  • Deli Meat Sandwiches
  • Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches
  • Boxed Kids’ Lunches
