(CBS) The White Sox on Friday reinstated outfielder Willy Garcia from the disabled list.

The 25-year-old Garcia had been sidelined since suffering a concussion and fractured jaw in a collision with teammate Yoan Moncada on July 31. The jaw fracture required surgery to insert a plate.

Garcia is hitting .258 with two homers, 11 RBIs and 13 runs in 40 games across three stints with the White Sox this season.
