Woman With Alzheimer's Missing

Chicago (CBS) -- A woman with Alzheimer's is missing from the area of Belmont and Kimball in Chicago.

Teresa Moreno, 85, is 5'4" and 160 pounds. She is described as Hispanic with brown eyes and gray hair.

Moreno frequents the area of Milwaukee Avenue from Diversey to Belmont. She is able to ride the CTA and has previously been found on a Belmont bus.
