Despite Allegations, R. Kelly Announces International Tour

Chicago (CBS) -- Despite sexual abuse allegations, singer R. Kelly is going on a tour abroad.

In a tweet that's now deleted, Kelly said he's going to perform in Australia, New Zealand and Sri Lanka.

He's denied all of the allegations against him.

In Chicago, a judge ordered that no one use the second floor of Kelly's recording studio and that the first floor can only be used from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
