Missing Girl From East Garfield Park Found Safe

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 12-year-old girl who had been reported missing from the East Garfield Park neighborhood has been located, police say.

Tishawn Jackson was reported missing after she was last seen around 8 a.m. Thursday in the 3300 block of West Maypole Avenue, according to Chicago police.

Friday afternoon, police announced Tishawn had been found safe.
