JUST IN: Jussie Smollett's Lawyers Did Not Ask Judge To Expunge Court Records Today
Chicago (CBS) -- Jussie Smollett's lawyers did not ask a judge to expunge court records for the case today as expected.
That request may happen tomorrow.
Just left court for what was expected to be an expungement hearing of Jussie Smollett's case file. That case was never called in court.
