MISSING: Shantell Belk, 16, Last Seen In Washington Park
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Shantell Belk, 16, has been reported missing, Chicago police said.
She was last seen in the 5300 block of South Michigan Avenue in the Washington Park neighborhood. She was wearing a yellow tube top, blue jeans and gym shoes.
She is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
