MISSING: Amber Brown, 17, From West Chatham

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Amber Brown, 17, has been reported missing from the West Chatham neighborhood.

According to police, Brown was last seen in the vicinity of 8300 S. Wentworth Ave. wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with rose emblems and black pants.

The missing teen is 5 feet, 5 inches and weighs 150 pounds.

Brown has a medical condition and requires medication.
