Chicago Weather: Sunny Day Sunday, Colder Week Ahead

CHICAGO (CBS)-- After a record rain day on Saturday, Sunday is going to be dry and sunny.

The rain has moved east of Chicago, leaving a clear Fall day with a high temperature of 57 degrees.

The week ahead will be colder, with temperatures in the upper 40s. There is a slight chance for rain on Monday and the chance is expected to increase by Monday.

According to CBS 2 meteorologist Ed Curran, snow could mix in with the rain chance this week during the colder nighttime hours.
