CHICAGO (CBS) — Chicago police collected more than 150 firearms at a gun turn in event Saturday afternoon at Hope Community Church in the South Austin neighborhood.
Police were offering $100 Visa gift cards for each gun turned in, no questions asked. Replica guns, BB guns, and air guns also could be turned in for $10 each.
