Large Fire Burns Train Yard In Austin Neighborhood
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A train yard on Chicago's West Side caught fire Sunday morning. It appears a large trash pile caught fire near Bloomingdale and Austin avenues near Amundsen Park.
Chicago firefighters called the site a boneyard, not really used for much more than stashing old equipment and garbage.
Firefighters had the fire out shortly after 9 a.m.
No one was hurt.
