CHICAGO (CBS) — A driver was shot and wounded this weekend during a carjacking in Englewood.

The man was stopped at a red light at 68th and Halsted streets around 11 p.m. Saturday.

Two men pulled the man out of his car at gunpoint. The 40-year-old victim was shot in the rear as he tried to run.

He was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in good condition.

The offenders got away in the stolen car.
