Homeowner Shoots, Kills Suspected Burglar In Marquette Park
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A homeowner shot and killed a suspected burglar in Chicago's Marquette Park neighborhood Sunday morning, Chicago police confirm.
A man in his 40s was shot by the homeowner during the commission of a burglary in the 7100 block of South Mozart around 11:15 a.m., police said.
An investigation is underway.
