Woman's Body Found Bound At Legs, Arms and Wrists On Near West Side: Police
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago police are conducting a death investigation after a woman was found bound at the legs, arms and wrists on the Near West Side.
According to police, the unknown woman was found in the 2600 block of West Gladys at 8:30 a.m. Sunday.
An anonymous caller discovered the body while throwing out garbage.
Area Three detectives are investigating.
