Woman Shot In Head During Argument In Bronzeville Parking Lot

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A woman was gravely wounded after being shot in the head in a parking lot Friday afternoon in the Bronzeville neighborhood.

The woman was arguing with a man when she was shot in the 4200 block of South Prairie at noon. Police did not specify if that man was the suspected shooter.

The woman was transported to the University of Chicago Hospital in "an unresponsive condition," police said.

At this time, no offender is in custody.
