Chicago Area Auto Mechanics Back On The Job After 8-Week Strike
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Mechanics at more than 50 car dealerships across the Chicago area are all back on the job now that an eight-week long strike is over.
Their union was fighting over things like base pay guarantees and contributions to union's health and welfare funds.
CBS 2 asked a union representative how long it'll take to get the backlog of jobs finished. The only thing he said it depends on the dealership.
