26-Year-Old Man Pistol-Whipped During Robbery In West Town

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 26-year-old man was robbed and pistol-whipped overnight in West Town.

The robbery happened after midnight near Milwaukee and Wood.

Police said the man was in an alley when two offenders took his wallet and cellphone, then hit him in the face with a handgun.

No one is in custody.
