Stowaway Found 'Not Guilty' Of Trespassing After Living In O'Hare Airport For 3 Months

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A judge says he's not guilty of trespassing at O'Hare, but Aditya Singh isn't off the hook just yet.

Prosecutors say he was arrested in January after living in a secured part of the airport for three months.

CBS 2 obtained surveillance video of him. He was using another worker's security badge.

Despite today's not-guilty ruling, Singh still faces other charges and is due back in court Friday.
