Dozens Of Firefighter And EMT Recruits Graduate The Chicago Fire Academy

Chicago (CBS)- - Dozens of new firefighters and EMT's will soon be working on the streets of Chicago.

Family and friends gathered at Navy Pier Thursday to welcome firefighters and paramedics Chicago Fire Department's graduating class of 2021.

There were 73 in all, including 15 former police officers and 10 military members. Last month, 41 new paramedics graduated from the academy.
