Man Shot, Killed In Lawndale Apartment
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man is dead after he was shot in the chest in his Lawndale apartment Monday evening.
At 7:27 p.m., the 33-year-old man was inside an apartment in the 1600 block of South Karlov Avenue when someone shot him in the chest, police said.
He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Area Four detectives are investigating.
