Arlene's Touchdown Taco Appetizer

Ingredients:
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
6oz cottage cheese, small curd
1 envelope of taco seasoning (preferably low salt)
1/3 head of lettuce, shredded or thinly sliced (iceberg)
4 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup spicy salsa or picante sauce
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cups black olives, sliced or diced
Taco Chips Directions:
Mix softened cream cheese, cottage cheese and 1/4 of the taco seasoning in a bowl. When well blended, spread on a large platter. Spread the shredded lettuce on top and then spread 1/4 of the taco seasoning. Spread the diced tomatoes and salsa next and sprinkle 1/4 of the taco seasoning. Spread out the cheese over the tomatoes and then spread of the black olives on top of the cheese (either in a pattern of circles, in the middles or all over); sprinkle the last of the taco seasoning. Serve with taco chips.
