Kicking White Chicken Chili

Ingredients:
2lbs of uncooked chicken breast (cut into 1-2' chunks)
1- 15oz can of white corn
2-15oz cans of cannellini beans (drained)
1 onion chopped (sweet Vidalia)
1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
1- 7oz can of chopped green chilies
1 package of taco seasoning
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1-14oz can of chicken broth
2-15oz cans of chili beans (drained)
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon of chili pepper

Toppings:
1/2 cup of sour cream
Finely chopped cilantro
Shredded Mexican cheese
Corn tortilla chips (chopped or the strips)

Directions:
Place the cut up chicken in the bottom of the crockpot. Add beans, corn, and onion. Then add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, chilies, garlic, taco seasoning, cayenne pepper, and chili powder. Cover and cook in crock pot on the low settings for 9-10 hours. Before serving, use as potato masher to break up the chicken. Add toppings, serve, and enjoy!
