No Bond For Duo Accused Of Carjacking
(CBS) – Bail was denied Wednesday for two men charged in connection with a carjacking and police chase earlier this week.
Davontae Jones, 18, and 19-year-old Jason Dortch are charged with aggravated vehicular hijacking.
They allegedly stole an automobile at gunpoint Monday night near Racine and Chicago.
Police gave chase on the Eisenhower Expressway, where the two suspects crashed into several cars, before taking off on foot. They were arrested in nearby Oak Park.
